Tracker & Pixel Scanner
Scan any website for hidden tracking pixels, ad networks, analytics scripts and data brokers. Detects 50+ trackers including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok, LinkedIn Tag and more.
What is a tracking pixel?+
A tracking pixel (also called a web beacon) is a tiny 1×1 pixel image or invisible script embedded in a webpage. When you load the page, the pixel fires a request to the tracker's server, recording your visit, browser fingerprint, IP address and behaviour — even if you have never interacted with that site before.
What is the Facebook Pixel?+
The Facebook Pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads on websites and sends data about your visits back to Facebook/Meta. It is used to build advertising audiences and measure ad conversions. It is present on an estimated 30–40% of all websites.
Can I block trackers?+
Yes — browser extensions like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger and Ghostery block most trackers. Firefox has Enhanced Tracking Protection built in. Brave browser blocks trackers by default. Using a VPN or DNS-level blocking (like NextDNS or Pi-hole) adds another layer.
How accurate is this scanner?+
The scanner fetches the page HTML via our server and analyses it against 50+ known tracker signatures. It catches trackers loaded in the initial HTML. Some trackers — and cookie consent banners — load via JavaScript after page render and may not appear in the static source. A clean result means no trackers were found in the initial HTML, not that the page is tracker-free after full render.
